CHOKE & KILL MANIFOLDS DIVISION

  • Testa & Toni has the capacity of manufacturing a choke and kill manifold to meet all customers’ specific requirements, from simple low pressure to extreme sour gas services. The manifold can be designed with any number of fixed chokes, manually adjustable chokes and hydraulic chokes with a working pressure of 3000, 5000, 10000 or 15000psi. In addition, all components are manufactured in accordance with API 6A and the choke manifold assembly is constructed and designed in accordance with API 16C and API standard 53.
  • Testa & Toni has repaired and modified Choke & Kill Manifolds for many major oil & gas service companies. Our in-house team can ensure that modifications fit your required constraints and our experienced workshop team can deliver all valves, blocks, adaptors and Blocks with a high degree of workmanship
  • Testa & Toni (T&T) can repair and re-certify all types of choke manifolds including valves overhaul, valves test, changing new valves and all studs, re-certification of all manifolds, tees, blocks and crosses, assembly and pressure test.
